Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL CBE DL, Co-founder, mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Stewart Patterson Managing Director, LifeSight
Stew is an experienced pensions professional, responsible for leading the discovery and design of some of the most significant areas of innovation and future developments for LifeSight, WTW’s £30bn DC master trust. LifeSight's ambitious target is securing better pension outcomes for people all over the country, and a lot of Stew’s focus is currently around decumulation solutions.
Stew has previously had a variety of roles in WTW over 20+ years, including scheme actuary appointments to a number of DB schemes as well as leading a specialist derisking team, before joining the LifeSight team.

Karim Lequel Private Market Investment Specialist, JP Morgan
Karim is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Karim is Global Alternatives Client Strategist based in London and is focused on growing our private markets platform in the EMEA region. Prior to this, he served as Head of Private Assets Sales at Fidelity International, where he led business development across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Karim’s has over 30 years experience in Alternatives and previous leadership experience includes senior roles at J.P. Morgan and Rasini Fairway Capital. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, as well as a BSc from Queen Mary University of London.

Harriet Hayward Senior Director, LifeSight
Harriet is Head of Engagement for LifeSight, WTW’s DC master trust, where she leads the communications, listening and engagement strategy.
Her focus is on using data and behaviour led insight to deliver a market leading member experience and better retirement outcomes for LifeSight members.
Harriet has extensive pensions experience across DB and DC schemes and holds an MSc in Actuarial Finance from Imperial College.

Robert Cochran Workplace Savings Engagement and Innovation Specialist, Scottish Widows Master Trust
Robert is a pensions expert and engagement strategist at Scottish Widows, with over 20 years’ experience in financial services. He specialises in simplifying pension communications and driving digital innovation, working with Lloyds Banking Group to integrate pensions into broader financial ecosystems.
A regular media commentator and speaker, Robert focuses on pension engagement, data-led insights, and modern communications. He hosts the Scottish Widows Workplace Pensions Podcast and has supported initiatives such as Pension Engagement Season and National Pension Tracing Day to improve retirement outcomes.
In 2025 his innovative work was rewarded as he picked up the Pension Marketer of the Year award 2025.

Sally Bridgeland Chair - Nest Invest Ltd
Sally is an actuary with pensions and investment experience as an Adviser, Trustee, and Non executive Director. Sally is Chair at Nest Invest Ltd (the investment manager for NEST Corporation), the Development Bank of Wales and at BelleVie Care and a non-executive director at insurers Pension Insurance Corporation and Intact UK (previously RSA).
Her non-executive portfolio has included risk and investment roles at PIC, the Nuclear Liabilities Fund, the Lloyds Bank pension schemes and as chair of the local government pensions pools LPPI and Brunel. She was CEO of the BP Pension Scheme in the interesting years of 2007-14 after 20 years with Aon Hewitt working as a pensions consultant and in investment research and innovation.
Sally chairs the Strategic Advisory Board for the Centre for Mathematical Cognition at Loughborough University and is an Honorary Group Captain with 601 Squadron RAuxAF
