Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL Co-founder, mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Adam Ruddle CIO, LV=
Adam is the Chief Investment Officer at LV=. He has responsibility for the investment management, allocation and optimisation of over £15bn of assets under management. His remit includes designing and setting investment strategies, managing group liquidity, the oversight of external asset managers, ESG and sustainability as well as the structuring of physical and synthetic investment solutions for the company.
Adam has been with LV= for over 17 years working in a wide range of roles including asset liability management, financial reporting, capital management and with-profits oversight. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds the Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary designation.

Tracy Blackwell CBE Former CEO, PIC
Tracy is the former CEO and Director of Pension Insurance Corporation. Tracy was one of PIC’s founders, joining in 2006. She retired as CEO following PIC's £5.7 billion acquisition by Athora Holding Limited, where she is a Senior Advisor. Under her leadership, PIC grew from a startup with five employees into a major specialist insurer of UK defined benefit pension schemes, managing over £50 billion in assets and securing the pensions of nearly 400,000 people. Tracy is a member of Wellcome Trust’s Investment Committee; a member of the British Infrastructure Taskforce; a Member of Council, Radley College; and a Board member of Netwealth.

Peter McGloughlin CIO, Canada Life Reinsurance
Peter is Chief Investment Officer of Canada Life Reinsurance, a division of Great-West Lifeco, the Canadian headquartered international financial services group. Peter is responsible for the investment activity of the reinsurance division including the investment management and structuring of asset intensive transactions globally. Canada Life writes asset intensive reinsurance business from its Barbados Branch and benefits from AA credit rating.
Peter has over 20 years’ experience working across derivatives, private markets, ALM, and structuring capital efficient solutions. Peter joined Canada Life Reinsurance in 2023 following a career in asset management and investment banking.

Guillermo Donadini CIO, Lloyd’s of London
Guillermo is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Lloyd’s, with over 35 years of global leadership in investment and asset management across life, pension, and general insurance portfolios. His career spans executive roles in Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia Pacific, including serving as Global CIO for General Insurance at AIG, where he oversaw multi-asset portfolios exceeding $100bn.
Proven track record in strategic asset allocation, investment governance, and risk management, he has led major transformations and held numerous board and committee roles across asset management and insurance entities. Currently, he serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee at Independent Age, a UK charity supporting older people in poverty, and actively mentors young professionals through Career Ready and Universidad del CEMA.
He holds an MSc in Economics from UCEMA and a Bachelor’s in Economics from UBA in Buenos Aires.
