Jenny Harbord Head of Real Assets and Partner, LCP
Jenny has worked in the investment and real assets industries for over 25 years and currently focuses on helping clients manage their exposure to these markets.
Her real assets experience includes 17 years of “coal face” exposure at real estate and infrastructure companies, where she worked to deliver large-scale developments as well as operational assets. Throughout her career, Jenny has held a variety of roles spanning capital solutions, transactions and the development of investment solutions. She has also worked as a fund manager, investing on behalf of pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, charities and endowment clients.
Jenny has worked across multiple geographies and sectors, and across the full risk spectrum, from operational assets through to speculative development.
She draws on this breadth of experience, together with her strong relationships across key operators and fund managers, to develop and deliver suitable investment strategies that meet individual client needs.

Prasun Mathur Head of Private Assets, Aviva
Prasun joined Aviva in October 2016 where he is responsible for investing in private assets and delivering asset optimisation & structuring efficiencies for the balance-sheet. He focuses on investing optimally across a variety of fixed income asset classes like infrastructure, real estate and structured credit. This involves market entry analysis into new asset classes, commercial / credit underwriting of individual private credit trades, and portfolio construction strategies. His team also identifies actuarial and credit optimisation opportunities on balance-sheet to enhance the risk-adjusted return.
He has led teams in large insurance companies to run investment and ALM strategies. Prior to joining Aviva, he headed up ALM strategy for Phoenix, and supported several M&A transactions. Prasun has over 17 years of experience in investing for large balance-sheets, ALM, investment strategy and new product development. Prior to joining Phoenix, Prasun worked for Standard Life and HSBC. Prasun holds a 5 year Masters in Math and Computing from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
Prasun is a regular in various insurance/buy-side conferences to talk about investments/ALM strategies/Risk analytics. He guides some conference agendas, and judges a few Insurance investment awards.

Lucy Swinton Investment Director, Real Estate, Fidelity InternationalLucy joined Fidelity in 2019 and is an Investment Director within Fidelity’s real estate business. She is responsible for commercialising Fidelity’s European real estate capabilities and the development of new solutions to meet our client’s evolving investment requirements.
Lucy has 15 years industry experience and has previously worked as a Relationship Manager covering UK pension schemes at BlackRock. Prior to this she held positions at both Julius Baer and UBS Wealth Management as an Investment Fund Specialist.
Lucy holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Bath and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sophie Littler Specialist Sales Associate Director, Fidelity InternationalSophie is a Private Markets Specialist in the Distribution team at Fidelity International. With more than a decade of experience in private markets, she focuses on developing and delivering growth initiatives across Real Estate, Climate Impact Solutions and Private Debt.
Sophie is responsible for raising capital and building strategic relationships with institutional investors across the UK and Europe, helping to develop tailored private markets solutions.
Previously, Sophie was part of the fundraising and investor relations team at LendInvest, a leading real estate debt manager, where she raised over £250m for the award-winning Real Estate Opportunity Fund, institutionalised the fundraising process, and managed relationships with institutional investors across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Sophie holds the Investment Management Certificate and CAIA Level I certification. She is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and is actively involved in 100 Women in Finance and Global Fund Women initiatives.

Ruth Murray Investment Director & Co-Fund Manager, GHBC, Gresham House
Ruth Murray is an Investment Director in Gresham House's Sustainable Infrastructure team and Co-Fund Manager of the Biodiversity Co-Invest Vehicle. She is also a member of the Gresham House Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
Ruth has over 23 years' experience delivering, managing and successfully exiting infrastructure projects across renewables, waste and social infrastructure. She began her career as a project finance lawyer, spending 15 years at Ashfords LLP, where she was a senior equity partner who founded and led the firm's Projects Team, as well as its Energy and Waste team.
Ruth changed career direction in 2020, joining Gresham House's Sustainable Infrastructure team that April. Since then, she has played a central role in developing the firm's biodiversity net gain strategy, helping build a disciplined, institutional-quality approach to nature restoration investment.
Ruth trained at Wragge & Co, now Gowling WLG, and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Birmingham
