Martha Reyes Senior Digital Assets Research Analyst - Fidelity Digital Assets
Martha joined Fidelity Digital Assets® in 2024 as a Research Analyst based in the UK. She produces thought leadership content and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality educational resources for clients.
Martha brings nearly 20 years of experience from major investment banks and global asset managers, where she specialised in institutional equity sales and managed Emerging Markets equity funds. She has deep expertise in fundamental equity analysis across diverse industries and regions. She holds an MBA with a focus on blockchain technology and data analysis and studied at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Martha also contributes to The Digital Economy Initiative, conducting research on digital assets and public policy.

Emma Pecenicic Head of Digital Assets Distribution
Emma is Head of Digital Assets Distribution at Fidelity International, where she leads the firm’s global strategy, development, and commercialisation of digital asset products and Web3-enabled capabilities. Based in Hong Kong, Emma plays a central role in shaping Fidelity International’s approach to crypto investment products, fund tokenisation, and next-generation digital asset solutions across Europe and Asia.
Emma joined Fidelity International in 2021 as Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships Asia ex Japan. Since 2023, she has led global distribution efforts for digital assets, supporting the commercialisation of Fidelity International’s Bitcoin spot strategy and the development of tokenised fund capabilities.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Emma spent over a decade at BNP Paribas Asset Management. From 2017, she was part of the firm’s global digital transformation team, where she designed and led the implementation of the Augmented Investments Programme, driving the adoption of artificial intelligence, blockchain, and advanced technologies across investment processes and operating models. She has been actively involved in digital assets and tokenisation initiatives since 2018. Earlier in her career, Emma was an Investment Specialist in the European Equities team in Paris before relocating to Hong Kong in 2012, where she specialised in China RMB capabilities and Indonesian equities for international investors.
Emma is an active contributor to the global fintech and digital asset community. She has been involved with the FinTech Association of Hong Kong since 2017, serving as Co-Chair of the Blockchain Committee from 2020 to 2022 and as a board member since. She is also a founding member of W3W, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and advancing women in the Web3 and digital assets industry.

Stephanie Peritore Head of International Sales - Fidelity Digital Assets
Stephanie is a senior financial services executive with over 25 years of experience driving global asset management, capital markets, and institutional client strategy. She is Head of International Sales at Fidelity Digital Assets®, where she leads global client engagement and accelerates adoption of digital asset solutions across hedge funds, asset managers, and asset owners.
Stephanie began her career in the graduate programme at JPMorgan in London and New York, gaining hands-on exposure to capital markets across multiple asset classes. At Morgan Stanley, she worked in Prime Brokerage, pioneering Delta One solutions and institutional ETF adoption. She later joined BlackRock’s iShares business, where she expanded ETF distribution and integrated innovative solutions into complex institutional portfolios. At Nomura, Stephanie was instrumental in relaunching the EMEA Equity Division, focusing on Delta One and ETFs and building strategic, high-value relationships with institutional clients. Beyond her institutional career, Stephanie is a Partner at a venture capital firm and the founder of a consumer brand, combining entrepreneurial insight with market expertise. She holds a Master’s in Investment Management & Finance
