Kelly Tran Managing Director, Institutional Sales – MFS Investment Management
Kelly, CFA, is Managing Director of UK & Ireland at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, she is responsible for new business development for the institutional business across defined benefit clients, defined contribution clients and consultant relations. She is based in London.
Kelly joined MFS in 2021 in her current role. Previously, she held various roles over a seven year period with Newton Investment Management/Bank of New York Mellon including client director, commercial sustainability leader and head of UK sales. She also spent eight years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank managing multi-asset portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients, covering Russia, Greece and Israel.

Paul Fairbrother Institutional Equity Portfolio Manager - MFS Investment Management
Paul Fairbrother, ASIP, is an investment officer and institutional equity portfolio manager at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he participates in the research process and strategy discussions, assesses portfolio risk, customizes portfolios to client objectives and guidelines, and manages daily cash flows. He is also responsible for communicating investment policy, strategy and positioning. He is based in London.
Paul joined MFS in 2019 in his current role after five years at Sarasin & Partners as a business partner and client account director. Prior to that, he served as a European equity portfolio manager, European equity analyst and UK equity portfolio manager for UBS Asset Management over the course of his 21-year tenure there. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1993.
Paul earned a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of Reading. He is a member of the CFA Institute and an Associate of the CFA Society of the UK (ASIP).

Michael O'Rourke Institutional Investor Relationships EMEA - World Gold Council
Michael joined the World Gold Council in 2023 and sits within the Institutional Investor Relationships team. Michael works with investors across the EMEA region, with a focus on UK, Ireland and the Nordics, to develop their understanding of gold as an asset class and the benefits of including a strategic allocation within their portfolio. Michael previously worked at Aon for 6 years as an investment consultant, advising UK Defined Benefit pension schemes. Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of York and is a CFA charter holder.

Jeremy works in the global research team at The World Gold Council in the role of global asset allocation strategist. He has nearly 2 decades’ experience in global multi-asset investment strategies and solutions. Prior to joining the World Gold Council, Jeremy worked as Senior Investment Strategist at State Street Global Advisors. Before that he was part of the portfolio construction team at Bank of Ireland Asset Management.

Martin Jost Head of Product Specialists - CFM
Based in Paris, Martin heads CFM's Product Specialist unit, engaging with institutional investors across the globe. Working alongside CFM's Research department, he manages a team conducting quantitative analyses across CFM's investment programs and communicating CFM's investment approach to clients. With over 10 years at the firm, he brings established expertise in the firm's product development and attends the Investment Committee. Martin has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and has previously worked in London in the Investment Banking division of Rabobank and Société Générale, where he structured equity derivatives and hybrid trading strategies. He graduated from Centrale-Supélec engineering school, earned a BS in Economics from Université Paris Sud, and an MSc in Finance with Distinction from Imperial College London, where he studied financial engineering.

Maria Gendelman Vice President, EMEA Business Development - CFM
Based in London, Maria is responsible for UK and Irish institutional investors at CFM. Maria began her career in the Deutsche Bank Cap Intro team before moving to the buy side. Maria worked in investor relations and business development roles at Marshall Wace in London and Syquant Capital in Paris before joining the CFM EMEA Investor Relations team in January 2023 to lead business development in the UK. She graduated with a BSc in Economics from UCL in London.
