Dominic Nys Managing Director - Golding Capital Partners
Dominic joined Golding Capital Partners in 2026, where he leads the international sales team.
Dominic has 25 years of experience in capital markets, having worked in client-facing roles at banks and asset managers. Prior to joining Golding, he spent five years in charge of the international sales team at ODDO BHF Asset Management. Before that, he worked for ten years at Ethenea and its sister firm Main first, where he was responsible for all international business development across Europe (excluding the DACH region). He started his career in London, working for various investment banks, and held positions at Toronto Dominion Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Dresdner Kleinwort in London.
Dominic holds an MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and an MSc in International Banking and Securities from Henley Business School in Reading, UK.

Jakob Schramm Head of Private Credit - Golding Capital Partners
Jakob joined Golding Capital Partners in 2004. As Partner and Head of Private Credit, he is responsible for the identification, due diligence and selection of fund investments, secondary investments and co-investments, in addition to associated portfolio management activities.
Since 2016, he focused on the US side of the business, before returning to the company’s Munich headquarters at the end of 2023 after seven years stateside.
Jakob holds a graduate degree in Economics graduate from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and is member of the CFA Institute.
