Ben Edwards Principal, Client Solutions - Hamilton Lane
Ben is a Principal in the Client Solutions Group, responsible for U.K. institutional investors and their advisers, based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Hamilton Lane in 2022, Ben was at GAM leading the U.K. institutional business. Prior to this he was an executive vice president at PIMCO leading the U.K. and Ireland institutional client group. He started his career at Citi Corporate & Investment Banking covering European Corporate clients.
Ben received an M.Sc. in Finance from London Business School and received a First-Class Honours B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.

Aljoscha Dudek Principal, Direct Equity Investments - Hamilton Lane
Aljoscha is a Principal on the Direct Equity team based in the firm’s London office, where he is responsible for the origination, due diligence and execution of direct equity investments, as well as team management.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Aljoscha worked as a director with the Private Equity team at PSP Investments. Previously, Aljoscha worked with Neuberger Berman Private Equity after beginning his career as an investment banker in the Media & Communications team at Morgan Stanley.
Aljoscha holds a master’s degree from ESCP Europe.
